Professional Management
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with the Association Board of Directors.
- Guide long-term planning and strategic initiatives for the Association.
- Facilitate and attend Board, member, and community meetings.
- Enforce community regulations, use restrictions, and governing documents.
- Serve as the Association’s liaison with developers, property owners, and local authorities.
- Provide guidance on state, federal, and HOA-specific regulations to ensure compliance.
- Oversee community projects, programs, and operations with transparent reporting to the Board.
Administrative & Financial Services
- Local team providing G/L Accounting, A/R & A/P, and detailed financial reporting.
- Develop and manage annual budgets with the Board's approval.
- Perform accounting services, including: billing, deposits, vendor payments, and online bill pay.
- Engage CPA firms for tax preparation and audits.
- Generate operational and management reports, including meeting agendas and voting coordination.
- Streamline expenses and recommend cost-effective service improvements.
- Leverage advanced HOA software like FrontSteps and Caliber for efficient document management.
- Partner with legal counsel to address contracts, compliance, and legal matters.
Property Maintenance Oversight
- Ensure community-wide compliance with CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions).
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety, curb appeal, and asset preservation.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate service requests and maintain detailed maintenance logs.
- Provide proactive communication, newsletters, and service notifications through FrontSteps.
